Complete an application form with your on site Sales Advisor.
New Home Solutions will contact you to arrange for two local Estate Agents along with ourselves to carry out valuations on your home at a date / time convenient for yourself.
STEP 2
VALUATIONS
Marketing photos will be taken at valuation stage (so your home can be marketed swiftly with no delays).
Valuations will be returned to the Housebuilder in readiness for the weekend and the Sales Advisor on site will contact you to discuss Part Exchange or Assisted Sale.
STEP 3
SALES & MARKETING
Your property will be marketed with the two local Estate Agents and ourselves. We will be your single point of contact.
We will contact you with viewing requests and will arrange mutually convenient appointments.
All offers will be negotiated by our in house experienced Sales Manager.
STEP 4
SALES PROGRESSION
Our dedicated Sales Progressor will ensure your purchaser, their Solicitors' and Financial Advisor are moving forward in a timely manner.
